DC Classics

Here is my lineup for a quartet of powerful female heroes from my younger days. 
Batgirl (Yvonne Craig), Supergirl (Helen Slater), Wonder Woman (Lynda Carter), & Isis (Joanna Cameron). I love each character and their portrayals were nicely done.

I was fortunate enough in the early 2000's to meet Yvonne Craig at a Trek Expo in Tulsa, Ok. Wonderful lady and now I wish I still had the custom Batgirl figure she signed for me. I did buy last year's Hallmark ornament of the Orion slave girl from Star Trek not knowing Yvonne portrayed her as well. I'm keeping it!!

Helen was wonderful as Supergirl even though the script was terrible. I'm glad she is appearing in the new Supergirl TV series. 

Lynda Carter defines Wonder Woman even to this day!!! The show was a little cheesy,but who cares when you see on the scene. Just like Christopher Reeves's Superman, Lynda's Wonder Woman will be hard to top and this latest version coming out won't come close.

Not many remember the Isis TV series, but she was the first Saturday morning heroine brought to life. Joanna did her well despite the lack of TV technology we have now.

I love all four characters and hope you do, too.
